What Upfirst does well

On its own pricing page, Upfirst offers things we don’t match today:

• A 14-day trial with no credit card. You can test the whole service before paying anything.
• Calls it doesn’t bill. Calls under 15 seconds, calls where the caller never speaks, and spam, telemarketing and robocalls don’t count toward your plan.
• More languages. It lists 35+ languages and switches automatically when the caller does. We answer in English and Spanish.
• Named integrations. Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly, Acuity, Square and Clio are listed by name, plus Zapier.
• Warm transfers. It tells you who’s calling and why before you take the call.

If you need a language other than English or Spanish, Upfirst is the better fit and we’d tell you so.

Where AIReceptionistGo is different

You can start with no monthly fee. On Pay As You Go there’s no subscription at all: you pay $0.99 for each answered call, and a quiet month costs nothing. Upfirst’s lowest entry is a monthly fee.

A month of 50 calls costs less here. Upfirst Starter covers 30 calls, so 50 calls come to $54.95 with monthly billing ($24.95 plus 20 extra calls at $1.50), or $50 billed annually. On our side, 50 calls fit the 50-Call Plan: $29 a month, month to month, with no annual commitment.

Which one should you choose?

Pick Upfirst if you want to try before paying a cent, need a language beyond Spanish, or want a specific integration such as Clio or Square on day one.

Pick AIReceptionistGo if your calls follow a trade (plumbing, legal intake, a clinic front desk, a contractor’s estimates) and you want the questions, the transfers and the “never promise” list written by people who’ve handled those calls, or if you’d rather not pay a monthly fee until the phone gets busier. Switching from Upfirst

You keep your business number. Tell us how you work, we draft your protocol, you approve it, and then you change your call forwarding to the number we give you.
