Step 1 of 4

Tell us who you are

Name, company, email and phone. That’s the whole form. We’ll get in touch to book a short conversation about your business.

We only use your details to contact you about your setup.

What happens after you send the form

  1. Step 2: Tell us how you work

The conversation covers what a good receptionist would ask you on day one:

    • Your opening hours, and what should happen outside them.
    • Who’s on your team and which calls each person takes.
    • The services you offer and the ones you don’t.
    • What counts as urgent for you, and who should be alerted.
    • What must never be promised on the phone: prices, dates, advice.

If you’ve written instructions for a receptionist before, send them over. If not, we bring them: we start from the protocol we use for your industry.

  2. Step 3: Approve your protocol

We send you the protocol written out: the greeting, the questions in order, the hand-over rules and the limits. You read it, change what doesn’t sound like you, and approve it. Nothing goes live until you say yes. The thinking behind it is on our method.

  3. Step 4: Forward your line

You keep your business number and forward it to us with your phone provider: all calls, only after hours, or only when you don’t pick up. From then on, every call is answered and every summary lands in your inbox. See call forwarding.

Questions before you start

Do I need to change phone providers?

No. You keep your provider and your number. You only turn on call forwarding.

What if I don’t know what my protocol should say?

That’s normal, and it’s our job. We start from what works for businesses like yours and you only change what doesn’t fit.

Can I stop forwarding at any time?

Yes. Turn off forwarding and calls ring your phone again. There’s no contract.

Can I hear it before I sign up?

Yes. Listen to sample calls for several industries.
